      Costumes returned within 30 days of purchase will recieve a full refund. If you would like to return the item, email flexifootofficial@gmail.com to alert us of the incoming shipment and provide a awb number.

      Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and the costume must be in the same condition as when shipped. 

      Once received, 3C will notify you and upon confirmation of condition, a refund will be processed.

      Since this is a consigned costume, please respect the 30 day policy as the original consignor will have been paid their proceeds and we will no longer be able to provide a full refund after that time.

      Items are sent via USPS Priority free of charge within the continental US. For urgent express shipping, email FlexiFootofficial@gmail.com and we can make arrangements. The added shipping cost will be paid by the purchaser.

      For orders placed outside of the continental US, additional charges for shipping will be assessed. This does not include duties and taxes assessed by the inbound customs office. Failure to claim a shipment held in customs and returned to the shipper will be at the purchasers expense.
